Flow is a professional intelligence platform that transforms information into actionable insights. Our Service provides news aggregation, signal analysis, AI-powered synthesis, and personalized intelligence feeds designed for professionals where being wrong is expensive.

3. Eligibility

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
